Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding of all the company's products SW & HWServe as a technical authority for customers and sales in African territory
  • Devise live video solutions for projects and customers in the broadcast domain
  • Present and demonstrate company solutions in front of technical and business audiences
  • Define technical working procedures and standards for all interaction with customers
  • Train partners to ensure the highest level of professionalism
  • Collect technical feedback from the partners and customers and manage priorities for sales activities
  • Promote LiveU’s products and search for new opportunities in the African Market
  • Follow up on leads, generating new business

Education:

Technical degree or higher in Software or Electrical Engineering

Required knowledge and skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and EnglishBachelor degree in Computer-Science or related field or equivalent practical experience from a media company
  • Business related abilities, commercial thinking aside with technical understanding.
  • Experience in video and telecommunication – advantage
  • Experience with broadcast/online market – advantage

Location: Moscow  

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for revenue in your region, setting goals and building the sales plan
  • Assign, manage and work with distribution channels in the region
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase business
  • Create demand through seminars and roadshows presenting the company solutions   
  • Drive short term revenues and establish long-term strategic relationships with customers
  • Lead product demonstrations, bid preparation and contract negotiations

Responsibility:

Helpdesk Technical Support - India

Responsibilities:

•    Customer support Help Desk Engineer.
•    Provide top of the line Support to the company's customers and partners.
•    Responsibility for customer support cases handling and response, cases coming from both emails and phone calls.
