China Country Manager

Location: Beijing

Job Description:

  • The Country Sales Manager will be local Beijing resident, responsible for the company sales and marketing activities in mainland China
  • The manager will have overall responsibility for managing the local distributors, developing business and increasing sales for the company
  • The Country Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Sales APAC.
  • The position will demand a large amount of travel throughout China.


  • Meet company quarterly and yearly sales target for the region
  • Recruitment and management of distribution partners
  • Oversight of all operations within China including taking responsibility for sales, trade shows, roadshows, and quality targets set by the company

The Country Manager position demands a broad range of business skills including:

  • Vast experience in advanced technology sales – Knowledge and experience in the Broadcasting and or the Satellite industry is preferred
  • Experience selling to C-Level in the organizations
  • Excellent networking skills with a proven ability to develop distribution channels and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Ability to deliver the highest standards of customer service
  • Ability to recruit staff and monitor performance
  • A solid understanding of budgeting and business planning is essential
  • Must be educated to degree level or equivalent with at least 8-10 years’ experience in sales and business development
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Mandarin Understanding and sensitivity towards cultural differences



Technical Support - China

Location: Beijing / Shanghai, China


  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Deep understanding of all the company's products SW & HW
  • Support all Tier 1 cases with a focus on the Chinese market, while staying within the company's agreed SLA
  • Be a single POC for all partners in China
  • Become the company's technical face in the Chinese market
  • Act as a cluster and backup for the sales engineer of the region
  • Support other departments in need of a technical hand in the region
  • On site visits for Chinese customers and partners when needed


Technical degree or higher in Software or Electrical Engineering

Required knowledge and skills:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in technical support Tier 1-2
  • Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Experience from the IT or Telecom market
  • Experience in Linux environment

Director of Sales - Japan & Korea

Location: Tokyo, Japan


  • Responsible for the territory revenue, setting goals and building the sales plan
  • Assign, manage and work with distribution channels in the region
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase business
  • Demand creation through seminars and roadshows presenting the company solutions
  • Drive short term revenues and establish long-term strategic relationships with customers
  • Lead product demonstrations, bid preparation and contract negotiations
  • Work in coordination and collaboration with other departments for product support or technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
  • The Director of Sales will report directly to the Vice President of Sales Asia Pacific.


  • Degree in relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience selling solutions in the technology and high-tech market in Japan & Korea region
  • Deep knowledge of the broadcast market
  • Experience with distributers and channel management
  • Demonstrated history of sales achievements including growing sales and development of new business – a must!
  • Good technical understanding and ability to demonstrate complex solutions and discuss technical features in detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Japanese
  • Independent, self-driven, creative, initiator, “can-do!” attitude
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
