Head of Broadcast

In this position, you will be responsible for utilizing consultative selling techniques to build, implement and drive immediate sales and establish long-term relationships with accounts. You will serve as a solution-based consultant for key accounts including sales calls & presentations. You will need to create account action plans as well as set and meet revenue goals for the designated product line for the broadcast team and understand all aspects of our business which includes: working with distribution channels, mechanics of conducting a sale, market needs, trade shows, and sales strategies, ability to mentor and lead a sales team. You will be expected to develop a pipeline of opportunities that supports the broadcast team sales goals. 

 

Required Experience:

  • 10 years of consultative sales experience 
  • Experience selling into television stations and other broadcast segments - a MUST
  • Ability & proven experience of leading a successful sales team - at least three sales managers.
  • Technically capable person able to demonstrate complex solutions and discuss technical features in detail 
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Proven track record in sales

    Country Manager (Brazil)

    In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels, distributors and end users in Brazil. You will be in contact with end-users and have responsibility for all stages of the sales process from lead generation and qualification to customer satisfaction and retention. You will plan and execute the sales plan for the territory, reporting to the Sales Director for LATAM.

     

    Required Experience:

  • 7 + years of successful sales experience to the broadcast industry in Brazil
  • Experience in building and managing a distribution and reseller network
  • Experience in sales of video or networking/communication equipment, preferably selling technology in the broadcast industry

    Senior PSG Engineer

     

    The Engineer will be responsible for: 

  • Assembly and testing of LiveU Products – QA
  • Providing field support of Software/Hardware driven LiveU console
  • Administrative office & logistical duties as needed

  • Conducting R&D experiments to further enhance our product capabilities

    The LiveU Professional Services team is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated intern. The intern will be highly integrated into our small team and involved in a number of tasks including:

  • Learning the different computer desktop configurations we have
  • Learning the image creation process for desktop computers
  • Creating several images for desktop servers
  • Learning on server configuration (1u & 3u)
  • Learning the image creation process for those servers
  • Practicing by creating server images
  • Learning GPS technology & our use of it
  • Setting up new units with GPS software
  • Learning how to set up virtual servers & stress tests different server configurations
  • Learning remote access & document the logmein procedure
  • Writing procedures, i.e. for unit upgrades
  • Position is 15-20 hours/week (part time) and can be flexible around school schedule

    Qualifications include:

  • Currently enrolled as a student.  Masters in EE, CS, or similar studies.  Strong undergraduates also considered.

  • Sales Event Intern
     

    Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the trade show calendar. Submit required paperwork, order internet/electric, handle invoices, etc. Assist in timely equipment shipment to and from the booth
  • Coordinate the sales organizations travel arrangements including flights, hotels, etc.
  • Plan sales organizations events/dinners. Handle space rentals, order breakfast/lunch, equipment 
  • Research and identify suitable tradeshows/expos, design an annual plan and execute it 
  • Additional ad hoc projects (ex. Submit orders into CRM and pull reports)


    Not required but a plus:

    The position is based out of Hackensack, NJ and New York, NY. Flexible hours during the school year and exam periods. Intern will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.

    Sales Director - UK & Northern Europe
    In this position, you will be responsible for building and developing our business and sales in the UK and Northern Europe. You will manage partners, distributors and resellers within the UK and Northern Europe. You will be in contact with end users and have responsibility for all stages of the sales process: orders, delivery, payment and customer satisfaction and retention.

    You will be responsible for executing the sales plan for the UK and will manage the process of accurately forecasting, closing and entering orders into the company’s production backlog. This shall include the generation of monthly forecasts. You will participate in trade shows consistent with the approved budget and will provide customer inputs to marketing and other relevant company functions. 

    Required Experience:

    • 10+ years successful sales experience, including a minimum of 5 years calling directly upon customers
    • 5 years minimum successful line sales management experience as ASM or in a growth environment. Experience with reps critical.
    • Experience in sales in video/cellular/networking/communications- preferably selling technology to the broadcast industry, Internet industry or HLS

    Sales Manager (Russia) - based in Moscow

    In this position, based in Moscow, you will be responsible for managing sales to end-users in Russia. You will have responsibility for all stages of the sales process from lead generation and qualification to customer satisfaction and retention. You will execute the sales plan for Russia and report to the Head of CIS Sales.

     

    Required Experience:

  • 7 + years of successful sales experience in the territory
