LiveU offers three levels of support: Gold, Silver & Bronze (SW only service level, excluding all HW warranty). The different levels of support allow you to benefit from the plan that is most suited to the needs of your organization.

The following list is a guide. Carriers and network change. Some modems have multiple modes and firmwares. Our software changes and while we do our best to update this list, it is subject to human error. Please test one of any modem on the list before planning any large deployment or committing to a solution.
