Trade-In Terms

The following terms apply to LiveU’s trade-in credit program. Trade-in eligibility is limited to select devices and models as determined by LiveU; only units owned outright by the customer qualify.

The trade-in credit value is determined by LiveU at its sole discretion. Credit may be applied toward a new purchase or new lease of eligible LiveU hardware. LiveU reserves the right to determine whether return of the trade-in device(s) is required.

Where return is required, device(s) must be returned to LiveU within thirty (30) days of the customer’s receipt of the new device(s) in refurbishable condition, subject to LiveU’s inspection and approval. Return shipping and all associated costs and risks are the customer’s sole responsibility. If the trade-in device(s) are not received within this thirty (30) day period, or are not in a refurbishable condition, LiveU reserves the right to revoke the trade-in credit and invoice the customer for the full value of the credit previously applied.
