Sales Consultant and Project Manager for Online Sales

Location: Europe
Period: Minimum commitment 4 months (option to extend)

Responsibilities:

  • Asist in forming the sales and marketing strategy for new online product in Europe
  • Generate leads and engage with the industry” first adaptors “of the product term revenues and establish long-term strategic relationships with customers.
  • Asist in Building partnership program.
  • Help setting goals and building the sales plan.
  • Lead product demonstrations, bid preparation and contract negotiations.
  • Work in coordination and collaboration with other departments for product support or technical expertise and marketing throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in online sales, business development.
  • Demonstrated history of sales achievements including growing sales and development of new business.
  • Innovator.
  • Experience in the live streaming – Advantage.
  • Relevant Contacts in the online industry.
  • Social media marketing experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills in English
  • Knowledge of European languages - Advantage
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally
  • Independent, self-driven, creative, initiator, “can-do!” attitude
  • Ability to lead and manage several tasks in parallel
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship and high motivation

Country Manager Japan

Location: Tokyo


Responsibility: 
• Responsible for revenue in your region, setting goals and building the sales plan
• Manage and work with distribution channels in the region and increase the resellers network
• Develop and implement strategies to increase business 
• Create demand through seminars and roadshows presenting the company solutions 
• Drive short term revenues and establish long-term strategic relationships with customers 
• Lead product demonstrations, bid preparation and contract negotiations
• Work in coordination and collaboration with other departments for product support or technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
• Set priorities for our local pre-sale and marketing team and coordinate their activities with our local partners

Requirements: 
• Proven success in similar roles as country manager or business development manager in Japan
• Experience selling solutions in the technology and high-tech market in Japan
• Deep knowledge of the Broadcast and/or Online video streaming market - advantage
• Experience with distributors and channel management 
• Demonstrated history of sales achievements including growing sales and development of new business 
• Good technical understanding and ability to demonstrate complex solutions and discuss technical features in detail 
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills in English. Native Japanese language skills – mandatory! 
• Independent, self-driven, creative, initiator, “can-do!” attitude
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively 
• Ability to perform technical demonstration by himself (Hands on) 
• Reports to Regional VP of APAC
