Faith City Central is a multi-campus church in Maryland with more than 1,000 members dedicated to delivering a unified worship experience across physical and digital spaces.
In recent years, many members desired to participate in services remotely, leading the church to establish an e-campus to support hybrid worship.
Challenge: Delivering a Unified Worship Experience Across Multiple Campuses
With Sunday mass serving as the cornerstone of community engagement and outreach, Faith City Central sought a seamless hybrid worship experience. However, the church’s existing setup using other bonding solutions and Zoom, could not sustain the level of professional quality that would keep a viewer watching. Frequent issues with latency, background noise, and feedback disrupted services and made it difficult to maintain consistency between campuses and online broadcasts.
